By Light is proud to announce that Full Spectrum Operations LLC (FSO), a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between By Light and American Communications Solutions LLC (ACS), was awarded a contract with the Eastern Western Operational Communications Services (EWOCS) to support communications across the largest launch and test range facilities in the United States. The contract supports multiple mission customers simultaneously providing flexibility and rapid reprioritization of assets and resources, which is critical to the nature of the communications systems.

Together with our partners, we will provide engineering services, cybersecurity, telecommunications operations and maintenance, video operations, network communications services, and a 24/7/365 communications focal point.
