FSO, an SBA-approved, Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture (JV) between ACS and By Light, has been awarded a BPA for NOAA NMITS, a small business set-aside agreement with a 10-year lifespan valued at $2.1 billion. The BPA utilizes GSA's IT Schedule 70 and is administered by a joint effort from the NOAALink Program Office and AGO's Corporate Services Acquisition Division.
